Marsha Spellman
Marsha has more than 25 years experience in telecommunications consulting, specializing in regulation, strategic planning, and business development. In addition to her role with Converge Communications, she serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Portland. She is a successful telecom grant writer having raised over seven million dollars for Converge clients. She also has a background in PR and marketing. Her core competencies include needs assessments, feasibility studies, strategic planning, regulatory filings, report writing, conference planning, and group facilitation. Marsha also sits on the Oregon Universal Service Fund advisory board.

He has run large urban market cable TV systems, developed hybrid fiber coax cable TV/Telephony operations in the US and the UK. He has launched high speed broadband services, built fixed wireless networks and has began numerous telecommunications start-ups.
